Oh Man. How in the Hell did you come up with your order.

You got Shite above Greatness and Shite again.

I love a Good Horror Movie(((notice I don’t have a (s) at the end of Movie because their are so few that it’s symbolic)) It’s a shame Hollywood just does not equate anything of quality with Horror films. But there was once(maybe it) along time ago what is considered Great Quality in a Horror film. Actually nominated for Best Picture.

But I guess its ok cause you have it ranked 7th(after Phantasm for GODS SAKE)

Obviously the 70′s was much better then the 80s having (above said film) Alien,Chainsaw, Jaws and Halloween.

If your gonna review for the masses. Please try and keep things in perspective(especially if your doing a top 10 list DUH)

WoW! Look at Never Ceese go! Thank-you to whoever put this list together. I would like for anyone seeing this list to keep in mind that while both of my books are approved by Spring Arbor for distribution to the Christian market none of my publishers have been or are affiliated with the Christian Booksellers Association who write for a very targeted and denominational group of readers. They also charge a fee to belong to their association while Spring Arbor affiliation is free. I do not write like Dekker or Peretti or Olson or Wells (all authors who write for affiliated houses.) My work is for the general market reader. Christians included.

But once again WoW! And thanks so much for enjoying my stories!

I have read both of Sue Dents novels and they are absolutely the best well written “Christian Horror” books currently on the market. Sue Dent is a masterful writer and has the ability to draw you into her novels with her expressions and fluency. Sue writes with an eloquence that is unmatched by many other authors. Her characters are believable and fully expressive, conveying a great deal of feeling and meaning. They are dynamic and full of life (no pun inteneded) and their energy compels the reader to turn the page. These novels by Sue Dent are significant for the Christian community. Sue Dent has embraced the world of fantasy with an all encompassing devoted faith and has melded the two together with eloquence.

i think J Horror films are some of the best films in the genre, Takashi Miike has done some very messed up film in this genre, Audition is probably my favourite, its just a shame that hollywood always have to ruin it by remake it and make it 10 times worse, perfect example is the ring, the original japanese was sooo scary

I totally agree with this list! But you forgot Deadshot. The guy is the 2nd best assasin in the DC universe.

You forgot Last House on the Left. Not really a scary movie, just really disturbing. It opened the door for movies like House of 1000 Corpses and Hostel.

It’s an interesting list. I’m kind of surprised the Exorcist wasn’t listed. I thought that was automatically posted on all Best Horror Film lists. Some of your choices I wouldn’t necessarily classify as “horror”, but they are great films. “Seven” is one of my all time favorites.
